Nature has been so kind to us that it has shown its
endowments in appeasing our tastes for food. Mankind indeed should pay the due
reverence and love to it. The herbs, the shrubs and the barks have just
inclined themselves to serve us. If it all about nature and food then nothing
can be think other than the country that is rich in wild vegetations; it is
India. And what other than spices can make your daily food delicious? The whole spices found in this country are extracted from the regional plants that
are climate and soil dependent. If Indian foods across the globe are ever appreciated
then the spices are just articulated summarily.
The Flavoring of Indian Spices
Spices in India
in different shades like turmeric, coriander and cinnamon etc. are fondly
sprinkled over the food. The goal is to feed upon sumptuous meals. These
ingredients are recommended by seasoned cooks and chefs. Spices are used as
preservative too. Pickles and meats are protected from getting spoilt. Doctors
and paramedics too advocate their usages. Spices have many medicinal benefits
from helping in digestion to fighting with cancer. Thus, one can think out of
the box. Apart from serving in flavor and aroma in foods they can be used for
ailing patients also. And who else could have discovered the healing purpose
through spices other than ayurveda?
Whether it concerns to your health or hunger nature cannot
be put aside. But the proverb says, “The belly rules the mind.” When it comes
to insatiate our taste for foods we forget to pay gratitude to the inescapable
and inevitable nature. The gift from it in the form of green vegetations that
has offered powder spices have to be given thought. At this juncture if
people clamor for plantations and its protection then the slogans are well
understood. For the sake of your health and healing say, “Long live natures!”
